This title pays tribute to an interesting kind of architecture in Trentino region, Italy, designed by architect Giovanni Leo Salvotti during the '60s and currently in ruins. This small holiday building by the lake - renamed "Casa Galina" by the local inhabitants for its zoomorphic shape - is the most known in Calceranica al Lago and represents a unique architectural experimentation in Italy. Through pictures of the time, drafts and 3D reconstructions, this book aims to enhance this building's history, also with the photographic work of Luca Chistè. Essays written by experts who insert Casa Galina in the local and Italian architectural history complement the book.
